The latest buzzword in marketing is Engagement . Progressive  marketers aim to engaging their customers, in  user-advertiser interaction. These activities  include commenting, sharing on a social network, playing a video, even clicking on a banner. Does it work? Traffic is great. But many people question whether engagement marketing has an ROI. On the one hand I think engagement creates a feeling of brand ownership for the participant and may work some parts of the brain that create long term memory, but on the other hand I’m not sure engagement leads to sales – or even enable you to recall exactly which brand you engaged with by playing the game. Can you name the brand behind these Engagement Campaigns?
